Next-Generation Clarity With Retinal Vision Technology

Ring has announced its most advanced product lineup to date, introducing new 2K and 4K security cameras and doorbells powered by its breakthrough imaging technology, Retinal Vision. Designed to deliver lifelike clarity and precision, these new devices mark a major step forward in home security and smart AI integration.

The Retinal 4K lineup includes the Wired Doorbell Pro, Spotlight Cam Pro, Floodlight Cam Pro, and Outdoor Cam Pro, along with Power over Ethernet (PoE) versions for professional installations. The technology optimizes each frame through AI tuning, offering sharper video and enhanced low-light performance with 10x zoom. Retinal Vision ensures users capture critical details even in challenging conditions, creating a more realistic and intelligent visual experience.

AI Features That Go Beyond Surveillance

Ring is pairing its new devices with innovative AI features that redefine what home monitoring can do. Alexa+ Greetings transforms Alexa into a smart door attendant capable of managing deliveries, engaging with visitors, and communicating on the homeowner’s behalf. Meanwhile, Familiar Faces uses AI to recognize trusted individuals, reducing unnecessary notifications and providing personalized context within the Ring app.

Together, these tools make home monitoring more efficient, responsive, and personal—helping users distinguish between urgent events and everyday activities at a glance.

Search Party: AI to Help Reunite Lost Pets

One of the most anticipated additions is Ring’s Search Party for dogs, an AI-powered community feature designed to help locate missing pets. When a lost dog is reported in the Ring app, nearby outdoor cameras automatically scan for matches using AI image recognition. If a possible match is found, the system alerts the owner with relevant footage, allowing neighbors to work together to bring pets home safely.

Search Party reflects Ring’s broader mission—to use artificial intelligence not only for security but also to strengthen community connections and make neighborhoods safer.

    Enhanced Product Range and Availability

Ring also introduced Retinal 2K Vision, now available in the new Indoor Cam Plus and Wired Doorbell Plus, offering crisp, realistic video with improved pixel density for indoor monitoring. These devices ensure homeowners can check on their property from anywhere with confidence and clarity.

The new lineup is available for pre-order, including: Wired Doorbell Pro ($249.99), Wired Doorbell Plus ($179.99), Outdoor Cam Pro ($199.99 or $299.98 PoE), Spotlight Cam Pro ($249.99 or $349.98 PoE), Floodlight Cam Pro ($279.99), Indoor Cam Plus ($59.99), and Wired Doorbell Elite ($499.99). Search Party for dogs will roll out in November, followed by other pets, while Alexa+ Greetings and Familiar Faces will launch in December.

Shaping the Future of Smart Home Security

With this new generation of products, Ring continues its mission to make neighborhoods safer by combining precision hardware with powerful, responsible AI. From 4K video clarity to pet-tracking innovations, the company is setting a new standard for connected home technology—where every detail matters, and every neighbor can play a role in keeping their community secure.
