Six years after the third film hit theaters, the beloved acapella group might reunite for another aca-amazing adventure. Rebel Wilson Teases New Sequel Development

In a BBC Radio 2 interview, Rebel Wilson revealed that a fourth installment is in the works. “Hopefully, there’s a fourth one in the works,” the 44-year-old actress stated. “There is one being developed. We’re older now, so I don’t know exactly what the storyline will be.” She added, “I guess they’ve got to get the script right first, which is the age-old dilemma.”

    Fond Memories and Ongoing Friendships

Reflecting on her experience shooting the Pitch Perfect films, Wilson expressed her fondness for the series and her co-stars, including Anna Kendrick, Brittany Snow, and Anna Camp. “I loved making those movies,” Wilson said. “We’re all still friends, all of us girls. They’re just so joyful.”

Wilson continued, “I think what people see on the screen is just us laughing. Like, it wasn’t acting because I love singing and dancing, and I just loved hanging out with that cast so, so, so much. It was enjoyable.”

    A Reunion on and Off-Screen

Rebel Wilson and Anna Camp recently reunited for a different project, the action-comedy Bride Hard. Wilson shared a video on her Instagram Stories last month, jokingly calling it “A Pitch Perfect reunion. Filming Pitch Perfect 4 today.” She added, “Yeah, it’s gonna be aca-awesome!”

    Awaiting an Aca-Awesome Return

While details about the potential Pitch Perfect 4 remain scarce, Rebel Wilson’s update has sparked excitement among fans. As we wait for more news, the anticipation of seeing the Barden Bellas back in action continues to grow. Here’s hoping for another round of ACA-awesome performances and unforgettable moments.
